Location, spacious and the filtered water was a plus.

The second room with the toilet doesn't have hot water, the other shower room handle is broken.

The property seemed a little far out from all the main shops etc. We did find an amazing café for breakfast and meals called the Unknown and is around the corner.

The accommodation was pricey for what it was and the furniture was old and aged, nothing like the photo's. the main bedroom sink was blocked, I reported it and nothing was done other than them asking me to ensure the drain was open, which it was as I sent the video. The apartment is in desperate need of TLC to bring it up to a better state. The 2nd bedroom is a divider from the living room but adequate.

"Beautiful, centrally located apartment"

The apartment was very spaciou, well appointed abd have everything we need for our 3 nights’ stay. Great location, within walking distance to Loh Guan Lye and Island hospitals as well as amazing eateries. Very organised and professional management - they messaged us all the relevant information prior to our arrival, making the process smooth and convenient. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Penang!
