1. The lifts did not work, 2. The hot water in shower was not functioning. 3. No extra set of keys.

I like everything.. Nice view.. My family enjoy..

Water heater not hot enough... Need to improve on that..

The property is located in an older resort building. We found the facilities to be good. The pool was great. Travelling and staying at this time, there were fewer guests possible due to the fasting month. The view from the property was great and the apartment was in good condition. Staff at the resort were overall quite friendly. Our family had a relaxing break, though if there were many guests in the resort things might get a bit hectic and messy. The host was very attentive and helpful with fast responses on direct messaging. Overall the unit was good value for money and we would certainly consider returning in the future.

There was no one at the entrance counters, some of the furnishings in the common areas are a tiny bit worn. The on site restaurant was not open for breakfast, but was well lit and welcoming in the evening.

Unit is spacious. Rooms layout are good too. View is excellent. You get to see sunset @ balcony/master room and sunrise @ another 2 rooms.

Ants on the dining table. Maybe can consider providing a shoe rack in the unit for tidiness.

- Beautiful view, beach, pool and resort. - Peaceful area - Interior design of The Arena - simple and hotel like. - Host was responsive and helpful most of the time (sometimes receive response quite late :)) - Very near (within 2-5 minutes drive) to other facilities like convenient shops, petrol station and lots of good food

- Very limited place to shower and change near the pool before going back up to the room - Some facilities in the Arena needed to be fixed/changed. -> Had issue with water heater -> Door of shared bathroom took some effort to open and close -> Dining chairs seem a bit shaky -> Shower and bidet heads need to be replaced Understood from the host that the unit will be revamped soon. Lucky for future occupants :)

The interior much better than others owner.. it's well maintained.. the price was very good deals with the interior facilities.. everything was perfect and cozy..

Got misunderstanding about key lock.. maybe can improve or show video about it..
