location convenience to link all the point of interest.

lack of maintenance especially the toilet pumbling and water pressure. only 1 lift is working during on my stay.

it’s in a very good location with a great view

2nd room bathroom shower knob spoilt (apt.#971) had to manage taking shower in another room need to repair ensure it’s in good condition before guest check in

The host is responsive. Thank you to Mr Ben & Mr Atik. The location is also strategic. There‘s a lot of toys for kids.

The heater not working. Luckily Mr Atik comes to the rescue.

It’s a big apartment, spacious with 3 rooms. It’s pretty clean, kind a feel like home. Convenient access to some food stall (if you are not picky with food) and near to Kea Farm market, the sheep sanctuary, EQ strawberry farm etc (if you are ok with walking). Located at 9th floor can feel the cold of cameron even for day time. Overall quite happy with our stay, just it took a bit of time for the shower as needs to wait for 30 min for each usage. So need to plan the time wisely😁

Spacious car park but most of the lamp post not working and it’s dark all way long till to the lift. It’s a nice place if the management of the building could really maintain the place. Wifi may need to improve because sometime works pretty well sometimes it does not. But it’s not affecting much of the stay as we were out most of the time, just when at the property, not much to do while wifi is not working so good😁
