Spacious apartment and it's strategic Location to Kea Farm and many nearby point of interest, minus the noise and tight parking space. Parking here is stress free. The owner is kind in accommodating our request.

The only lift is not reliable and was not working twice during our stay. We had to walk up to 9th floor. It seems this issue has been awhile but the staff only informed us when we collected the key upon arrival. Do not consider this if you have challenge and unfit to climb stairs. Be alert of this point and check with the owner if the lift is maintained. The kitchen is well equipped but the set up looks cheap with no-frill cement slab countertop, a contrast to the rest of the apartment. We only used the jug kettle so not sure if other kitchen equipment are well function.

Good location and the host also friendly. The view from apartment also nice. We can see Kea Farm market from balcony area and mountain area.

Lift out of service when we want to check out. Its at level 9 and thanks god we can using emergency stair to went down. At the night at parking to lift area was so dark. The lighting in surrounding area also not really good.
