Nothing much.

No toiletries, no proper instructions on reaching the property, all the payment needs to be taken care outside of booking.com which is not secure. The guy is not ready to extend the checkout for atleast am hour and checkout is at 11am. Checkin is at 3pm they are charging way too much.
