1.The location is fantastic. Very good for elderly people as the parking is right in front of the house and the house is at the ground level. 2.Easy to contact the caretaker.

1. The main glass door lock was spoilt however the metal lock is workable. 2. There are some stains on the toilet door. The cleaning person need to do some scrubbing. Other than that the place is spotless.
