"No intention to return"

Everything just fine if you just need aplace to sleep. TV have no channel at all, just a display. They just take it as a light matter, answer with no regent that the tv not function. Unless you bring your android tv. Some ceiling lights not function. Kettle and table cloth also have stain. A bit ruined our holiday mood.

"The worst experience ever…"

Nothing at all. The worst experience ever …

Door cant’t be lock. No wifi. No any available channel for the tv. No tv remote. Damage tv’s decoder. Hot & very slow fan. Licking shower. Very tiny toilet & bathroom. Dirty toilet. Broken wall fan (i gotta repair it by myself for the safety of my family). I paid RM 440++ for 2 night for this kind of shit? The worst experience ever. Very stressful … I’ve never complained before but this is too much for me.

"Overall good except for check-in issue."

Clean with 3 bedrooms all equipped with queen & king beds + 2 extra single beds, nice scenery and worth the money for big family.

No clear instruction from property owner on how to get the key since no receptionist at counter. The phone number stated at Booking.com was suspected as owner number which not pick-up my call after several times. The owner finally message & given me another phone no (maybe his maid) to inform about the key & check-in. I hope the owner as the registered number at booking.com can attend to all customer's call & inform on check-in instruction rather than give us another phone no. to avoid confusion as we were 1st time booked for this apartment.
