location and view of the balcony were great. green means good. check-in and out were smooth and easy. not too far from shops and not too close to main roads as it gets noisy during the weekend

bigger toilet. hot water not working well. overheated until it was boiling hot. could not take a hot water bath. not bother to try and figure it out as all were scared would burn due to hot steam and water out from the shower. boiled cattle of water and took shower in turns.
