New Riverbank Suites - Waterfront Kuching City

Is clean & very convenient cause got 7e & walking distance to waterfront. The interior of the unit is good.

Need so maintenance on some electrical item & toilet needs to upgrade

The location is superb, just in the middle of everything. Near convenience store, near 24 hrs McD, near pharmacy, near the bank, and most important, just in the middle of all Kuching's attractions. The house is comfortable, got washing machine work nicely, wifi is excellent, house is clean. Overall awesome place.

The keycard place is a little bit lose, I think owner should fix it properly instead of just stick it with cellotape.

When use the washing machine the bathroom get wet,leak somewhere from washing m. Your ikea bed is not comfortable ,always fall and please fix the floor

Key ok.. but the lock on the key is already broken. need to change for the owners safety. House have beautiful view. Have 7 eleven shop.

The aircond in the living room start pouring out water after the first 20 minutes on. wow.. unexpected. so we dont have airconditioner outside for the first day n night. The second day, the owner and few other man repairs the aircond and we were outside. I suddenly worried about our bags, so i send few messages to the owner, only after 2 hours then got replied. maybe owner is busy, but he's a good person.
