Views and strategic location

The location is superb

The bathroom, shower and bath tub is so dirty

Location is very strategic and easy to move around even without transport. Large living room. Kitchen with enough utensils.

Maintenance the bathroom and floor not very clean ( a bit sticky). Should provide basic toiletries and washing detergent. Air-conditioning should be service especially in the bedroom

The location is great and beautiful. and very convenience [convenience store is just below the apartment and opposite have small shopping complex] - all area is accessible by foot within few min. the owner is very friends and nice.

toiletries can be improved (e.g like body wash / shampoo) the apartment is abit old - hope can be improved especially the floor tiles

Excellent location. Excellent view from the unit. Comfortable for our family of 6. There is a washing machine but no place to hang our washed clothes. It would be better if they have a place to hang them e.g clothes line or hanging rack

Could be cleaner. The hair dryer suddenly blew up when my daughter was using it. Luckily her hand was not burnt, just some black staining. The owner did not have the courtesy to ask about my daughter’s condition but more concerned about his hair dryer..warranty, bought new..bla bla.
