I am very disappointed to say that the cleanliness of this homestay is very poor. When we checked in we found the room very dirty with dust and stains on the floor and the bathroom was even filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned at all. The sheets were not clean and the pillows were even moldy and made me feel very uncomfortable. And when we contacted her that day to inform her of the situation, she didn't reply at all. Even hung up on me !!! In the end we chose not to stay and asked for a refund. As a result, the landlord refused to compensate us for the rent because we didn't turn off the air conditioner. (But we already double confirm we switch off all aircond and light. If we really make a mistake, not until he took all the rental right ? ） I am extremely disappointed with this situation and booking.com also let me down by not providing any guarantee.
