Host minta deposit tambahan before check in. After check out, host taknak pulangkan atas alasan yg tak munasabah. Bila ditanya & minta bukti, terus tak reply. Not gentle at all and mata duitan.

Nice house...the part view was awesome and peaceful...service was great...very recommended

The facilities are impressive. Beautiful landscape, lots of playground, and my kids love the swimming pool. It has lots of eatery, nearby the complex. May come again next time.

Since the complex is so big and we're not familiar with the area, I hope that the host can give more detailed instructions before check-in. For example, which gate/entrance to use and maybe little bit indications to go to the respective block. We missed the Block at the first round as we couldn't see the block signage. It is actually really close to the gate. Then, the guard didn't allow us to go inside the block to get the keys in the mailbox. He insisted us to wait for someone to open the door from inside. We are lucky that someone coming out. Hope this will not happen again.
