The location

We were not informed of the no of room was only one. Total 5 guests are not suitable for this studio type as there is only one bathroom. No hanger to change clothes after laundry and no balcony. Air-conditioning is poor, not comfortable for staying. Only suitable for 3 pax and stop promoting has 3 rooms. This is only one room apartment. I feel cheated and not worth for money. The sofa cushions are spoilt too.

Location. It is easy to get there and not really located in the busy city of Malacca.

1. Facilities - What was stated in the facilities list is not true. When we asked about the sauna, jacuzzi and food court which was also stated in the lift display the staff then replied with their hand gesture meaning no such facilities were provided. The room wifi was totally couldn't be connected. The room was found warm even at night. I believe it was due to the warm weather. But the owner may be considered to use the heat resistant kind of glass panels instead of normal glass panels. 2. Lack of maintenance. Swimming pool the only facility which we could enjoy during our stay was found good and with nice sea or city view. However the water in the pool was found a bit yellowish or not so clean. Pool is a common area and the cleanliness should be maintained at all times. From the apartment lift we read and understand that there is food court at LG and G level. When the lift reached LG and the door opened, the surrounding was found dark and with nobody or nothing around. 3. Staff working there are majority not locals. When speak to them in English or Malay they can just replied in single or minimal words. There is communication issue between customers and staff.
