The room..view...beds..facilities...instructions were clear on check in and check out procedures

Location is too far from places of attraction..need to pay for parking RM6 each time we enter...check in time was too late 3:30 but check out was at 11am. TV channel was not working most of the time. Door handles at the parking and ground floor in bad condition...scared it will come off the moment u touch it

The parking facilities can be improved. The parking was too dark when the climate was about to rain . Not able to find the parking lots.

What I feel bad about is that the owner contacted me after 2 days of checkout, asking for a refund of the deposit. He claimed that his staff accidentally deposited the amount into my account twice. However, upon checking with the bank, I discovered that it was an IBG transaction, which means he could cancel it as the money was not in my account. I immediately informed him of this and advised him to contact the bank for cancellation. The funny thing is, he continued to bother me until yesterday, insisting on a refund. Why doesn't he just ask the bank to cancel instead of bothering me? It's not my responsibility, but I can still make time to call the bank. Considering the prevalence of scam cases nowadays, I don't trust this owner, so I asked him to handle it himself. Initially, I thought that it would take around 5-6 minutes by Grab to reach Jonker Street, but we decided to give it a try. So far, everything has been good since the first day of our check-in. However, the toilet door is slightly broken, but it's still manageable. We just avoid entering when someone is showering.
