1) the check in was very laborious - for a family it was really cumbersome - suggest a representative be available in case of difficulty 2) cramped space for family of 7 - no wardrobe & proper table n chairs - had to request - they provided a day later 3) the property was not suitable for large family on a long holiday ie 5 days - too cramped - its a converted business suite NOT a hotel suite - it should make it clear 4) the rating 9.6 we saw was i felt TOO high for such an accommodation - at best n on a good day it could best be only a 7 5) cheap knock off furniture - lack of proper floor covering - aesthetically not pleasing 6) very low beds n hard mattress 7) please be more honest in your description of the property 8) due to the discomfort to my family - we left after 2 nights & sought elsewhere to stay
