Not noisy as the unit is situated at the same floor as office units. Easy to get around with a car. Breakfast just a walk away.

Smaller space than expected.

Customer service is very good to give clear instructions to take the house key. Customer service fast response and reply.

Overall all is okay.

Can fit more people

For more than 2 people,they split queen bed.so the hard side is one queen bed the soft side is the other queen bed.we thought they give another new queen bed.cause we pay for another people.my family stay there.i book for them.

The apartment was comfortable and easy access. Car parking was good. Rooms are quite spacious. Lots of restaurant and hawlers stall nearby.

I booked from 28/12/2023 until 30/12/2023. I informed the owner of my late check in on 28/12 at around 7.00 pm. Standard check in is at 3.00 pm as stated in the booking page. Supposely this should be enough for the owner to get the room ready for my entourage but when I arrived at about 7.25 pm. Only the lower room was ready. The 2nd floor (duplex apartment) was not ready and was not clean at all from the occupant who stayed there before. I have to wait for 30 minutes before the cleaner came and have to wait another 45 minutes for the room to be clean. At last I can only go in at 9.10 pm. The new bedsheet that the cleaner put is quite wrinkled and not nice to see. Same goes with the towel. As I have check in late due to unclean room, I ask the owner for a late check out at around 2pm but they told that can only let me check out latest by 12.00 pm on the 30/12 because their new guest will be check in at 2.00 pm 🤔 (How can it be as the standard check in should be at 3.00 pm and I also check in late at 9.00pm due to the room is not ready) They should let check out late due to their own mistake. I ask again but they said sorry. But I didn't argue at all due to my goodwill. On the 30/12, I went out for sightseeing and came back at 11.30 pm at ready packing things for check out. On the dot at 12.00 pm, The cleaner arrived knocking the apartment door. Ohh gosh. Sharp at 12.00 pm 🤣🤣 Nevermind as I already on my way going out but the the knocking on the door is not a good sign for guest. The.cleaner should wait 10-15 minutes after 12.00pm for guest to check out. Only after 12.15pm not get out, you can knock. That's a good way to treat your guest. Overall faclities I can give 8 out of 10. Owner alertness and Cleaner PR I can give 2 out of 10. This made me wonder should I rent another apartment or just staying in hotel for my next trip. Remember, Good PR and courtesy is very crucial for this kind of business. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed out stay. Comfortable, clean, nice to stay with family. Amazing view. Got free parking too.

We can't watch Netflix so it's a bit boring
