La Selva Apartments Tulum

it was clean and spacious

I had no communication with the host, despite writing to him on WhatsApp. We were 4 people and there were plates and cups for 3 people, there was no salad bowl or table to eat. I found a lot of cockroaches, that really disappointed me.

Well equipped, comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment. Lovely quiet pool area. Easy checkin and checkout. All the information was well communicated. Quiet location, a little out of town, which is fine if, like us, you have a car. We had an included breakfast option at a café a few blocks away.

The neighbourhood is under heavy construction- which totally damages the surrounding of the apartment building

The aparatments are quite far from the town or the seaside. You will need a car to get around plus the kitchen własny well-equipped, half of the things we wanted tocuse were missing. Plus no cosmetics despite the promise. Also when we were there there was power cytatem for 12 hours, so no airconditioning, no light, no wifi and I needed to work.

the apartment is nicely appointed, with king size beds, tv, internet, hair dryers, etc. The pool is lovely, and the setting is relaxing and quiet. the apartment is very very spacious, and the availability of breakfast is a bonus.

insufficient crockery and glassware, water pressure was poor in every outlet. the location was a little out of town in a developing area, so roads dusty and busy. Definitely better to have a car as walking anywhere was difficult.

Great location for me on the outskirts of town.

The kitchen was totally oudated, running water pressure in the kitchen was terrible. and the toaster and coffee machine were broken and really old and dangerous.

apartment was large, comfortable and well equipped very nice design lot of space for a 4 persons family comfortable beds, sitting area and bathrooms big wardrobes in both bedrooms well designed layout - comfort for families but also for two couples traveling together very good value for the price

not an owner connected thing but have to mention - localization wasn’t nice as building is surrounded by a huge construction area and it is not a nice place for walking, so having a car is a must, not only for trips or beach but also to visit near restaurants and bars dirt + short connected to constructions but to be honest - this is almost a whole Tulum issue
