La Selva Apartments Tulum

Very nice place, clean and well stacked kitchen. The pool was really nice. Communication was easy. Breakfast at the café was good, people were nice there too. The no-party and quiet hours were appreciated. We like calm in the evenings.

The location is in the middle of many construction. That does not create noise but you have to go everywhere by car. But we knew that before booking.

We found a cockroach in the kitchen, hiding around the microwave Shower pressure is not amazing, hot water comes after a long while

Breakfast included k in nearby cafe was good.

Showers and loos had insufficient water supply. Notes on where to find a beach (such as Paraiso) and restaurant recommendations would have been useful.

Spacious apartment and on suite bathroom. comfortable bed. Good price.

Breakfast was poor, the property is not very centric and you need the car almost all time. The pool does not get much sun.
