Its location at the central of the city Walkable to POI Good view of the kelantan river Convenient store and cafe downstairs Good security Nice pool That owner prepare milo packages

The smell of moth ball in the washroom. The washroom door that lock by itself The tinge of mouldy smell of the furniture The resident next door playing piano loudly (poor sound proof)
