Genting Windmill Amazing Sky Pool 2bedroom With Aircon Wi-Fi

Easy to access and the unit was really cute decorated with mini mouse. Both rooms are cleaned and well equipped kitchen. The owner was very friendly and helpful as we were checked in really late night and she still response every messages of mine.

Both toilets with awful odour, couldn't sleep at night due to the smell. Forever waiting lifts - the lifts would just bypass your floor and had to wait very long time to get into the lifts, no matter it's going up or down, poor setting! The washer dryer couldn't dry clothes at all. The price was steep due to holidays but the rooms were way below expectations.

Clean and very comfortable for family trip .. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Owner pon bagus.. sangat bertimbang rasa.. TQ!!

- Design of the house is special. - Environment is good. - House is clean. - easy to access to GPO.

- WiFi cannot be connected. - some facilities cannot be accessed, such as jacuzzi. -provide wrong information when checked in cause late entered the house around 15-25 minutes.

The property is clean and nice deco with all the Mickey mouse theme design.

The location of check in is a bit hard to find, need to turn until the behind building. Need to pay extra security fee RM200 and check out time cannot be late, if not will extra charges. The room have a comfortable queen bed, but only enough 2 person, the 3rd person need to sleep on the mattress on the floor, the mattress quality is not so comfortable and the blanket is too small and thin.

Key letterbox was easy to find. Notably, hosts allowed us early check in at 12pm. Heated pool was a surprise. The nearby town centre is walking distance and has shops.

Rough check in process: Additional security deposit was handled outside booking.com, and required electronic transfer. Cash was not accepted despite a notice stating cash was accepted. This was also hidden away under "Important Information" dropdown and not displayed clearly. 4 towels were provided initially for 7 people and we were given more on request. Shower and sinks don't drain fast enough for the flow. Pools were very crowded. The lifts were extremely crowded and slow. When you first check in, all electricity in the unit is unexpectedly off, so you need to go around turning the power points on, some of which are hidden behind furniture. At Windmill main lobby, there is an ad for breakfast but it led us on a wild goose chase. They directed us to Swiss Garden Hotel who directed us to the 5th floor restaurant who told us that the restaurant offering the breakfast has closed. There is no aircon in the living room.
