"Good but can be better."

House is clean, decoration is nice. Heated pool good for kids.

Only one access card provided which is inconvenient. Long time to wait for lift. Car park is at 6th floor which is slightly inconvenient to go in and out.

The facilities and daily necessities provided in the room are very good, and the owner is very meticulous and considerate.

Although it is not far from the amusement park, when Grab, there is no driver to pick up the order at the normal price, and you need to increase the taxi fare to get a car.

the unit is warm and cozy

the lift system at the building πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜… please be patient with the lift system and have more buffer for the waiting time. (nth to do wit the unit owner but the building mgmt). the maintenance hour of swimming pool is not listed.
