Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your homestay. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the house was very poor. The refrigerator was dirty, the mattress and bedsheets were not clean, and the toilet was unhygienic. In general, the whole house did not meet basic cleanliness standards. In addition, the space was much smaller than expected, which made the stay uncomfortable. I am very disappointed with my experience and hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the conditions for future guests.

The location

Honestly this is by far the worst property I've ever stayed in. Both toilet consistently stinks. The smell is putrid, it constantly gives us headaches. It smelt like something died there. Even talking about it made me feel like vomiting. The house is full of cockroaches. The bed is extremely hard and low. Felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The dining chair screws were loose, it was concerning as my elderly parents sat and it felt very unstable. What's wrong with the curtains? It's unhooked and attached in a weird way, creating holes that affect our privacy. I'm not the type to usually give a bad review but this was ridiculous. The property made it impossible for us to rest comfortably. I really hope you'll look into this and make improvements on the property.

Good location, but poor indoor environment.The toilet and rooms have a foul odor that lingers from morning till night. The kitchen utensils are unusable; even boiling water is difficult—they're all rusted. It's terrifying.

Security system is good.

For a price of 17+ it is really not worth it. The living room smells like incense smoke, the tap water flows slowly, and the room view is not appealing. Even the TV has very low resolution and no channels are provided for watching movies.
