residence provides easy access to shopping centre and parks, only walking distance.

Need to improved, like provide a trash bin in the toilet. TV cable needs to be fixed, i cant watch any channels because the tv has no signal.

For the price with the number of group is affordable. All thing were good. Even with city view, it still nice. Room comfortable and complete facilities.

It just that, we hope you can change the lamp on the living room coz its kinda dim. Also we hope you can add hooks for towel/cloth in the bathroom and some mirror in the room for other user after this.
