Utrecht City Apartments - Maliesingel

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Park. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und man kann gut spazieren gehen.

Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank. Die Kleidung musste also im Koffer bleiben. An manchen Stellen war es sehr staubig. Die Bettdecke hatte unter dem Bezug unübersehbare Flecken. Morgens hatte jemand vom Personal an die Tür geklopft und irgendwas von Pet Control geredet. Wir wollten garnicht so genau wissen um was es ging, aber es schien sich um eine Art Kammerjäger zu handeln. Uns sind aber keine Schädlinge aufgefallen. Am Bahnhof vor Ort ist nur vormittags und nachmittags ein Zug gefahren und zu Fuß ins Zentrum dauerte es 20 Minuten.

El apartamento B tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días , está en un lugar muy agradable y está a un paso del centro de la ciudad. Muy buena atención por parte del personal.

Ya sabía que las escaleras eran complicadas. No lo fueron para mí pero para niños o personas con movilidad reducida, lo serían. El colchón de la cama un poco blando para mi gusto pero después de las caminatas y visitas tampoco era para tanto.

Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Ausreichend Platz ist für zwei Personen vorhanden.

Die Treppen sind extrem steil und das bis in die 2. Etage. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen von über 30 Grad ist es schon eine gewisse Herausforderung in dem Dachgeschoss-Appartment.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und doch außergewöhnlich ruhig. Es ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz für eine Städtereise zu zweit. Ein toller Ausgangs- und Ruhepunkt!

Leider hat der Herd nicht funktioniert, sonst war alles bestens. Die Treppe ist sehr steil, das sollte man vielleicht wissen.

The apartment on Maliesingel was a great location in a quiet tree-lined area by the canal and only about 10mins walk to the old town/city centre. It is about 20 mins walk to the central Utrecht station. The staff we dealt with were friendly and responsive. We stayed in Utrecht for 8 nights and were so glad we did. We were able to get to know Utrecht well and also do some day trips to Amsterdam, Gouda, The Hague( to see the Mauritshuis Museum) and Delft. Utrecht is a charming city with picture perfect scenes everywhere. It was busy but not overwhelmed by tourists like Amsterdam and we were travelling in summer.

I was so excited to find an apartment with a balcony and a canal view as shown in some of the photos but if you look closely, not all are like this. What I didn't realise is that there are 4 apartments in the building and only one is the beautiful apartment with the lovely old doors opening to a balcony overlooking the canal. We got the apartment on the other side of the building which did have a balcony but a simple one overlooking people's backyard ensures but luckily with a tree view. There is no toaster in the apartment which I think is common for Europe but perhaps good to know for those travelling from the US and NZ and Australia. The stovetop had touch controls which were a bit temperamental.

Hardly anything May be more comfy bed but I have very lame spine at my age hard to please it

Very pretty location in a very nice neighborhood. Easy walk to the center of town.

Stairs were very steep which was difficult with luggage, but small price to pay to stay in such nice apartments in such a nice area.

Good location near the train museum, 5 minute walk to the centre of Utrecht. Big room, great terrace.

No air conditioning, and a washing machine would be awesome. Steep stairs to enter
