"Nice Place to Stay in Dunedin"

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. The sitting room/kitchen was a bonus. The shower was strong and hot. The free laundry was great!

The lockbox with the key was hard to find. Once located, it was very difficult to use, especially in the dark. It was a bit difficult to find

The electric blanket on bed

The musty smell on our arriva, just to start. Looked very tired environment. Took 1 hr to air and 1/2 can of eucalyptus spray, for unit to smell reasonable. Food/drink marked furnishings, stuffed cupboards/drawers with cleaning equipment, sheets, blankets, food consumables. No room anywhere to put yr belongings. Full stick vacuum in the bedroom on arrival. Dusty artificial plants and shelves. Dirty cooking utensils and BBQ. We felt we had to wash all plates etc we were going to use, just in csse. I could go on. And then a msg sent at 0800 the day after our arrival from ? Owner, to inform us to strip our bed on departure and informed of the additional fee if we left later than 1000. 1. Are you kidding me !!! Not our job to strip bed. And be assured we left well and truly before 1000!.. 2. Get a new cleaner 3. The 'Exceptional/Superb reviews [and the reason we booked] on this property we find extremely hard to believe. Photos not posted but available if requested. Do better or close. Wont be returning or recommending.

Perfect set up everything you need for your stay in Dunedin.
