there was confusion with the management about our departure time which meant we had the cleaners turn up while we were still there.

"Great location, clean, spa was icy cold and not working."

The location of the apartment was great.

The spa was icy cold, that was the main purpose of booking this apartment and wasn't fair that it wasn't working. We had informed the owner on our departure but no reply from them. The lockbox with the keys were hard to open.

"Good property, key collection and return difficult, outof the way location"

Key collection was from a lock box 5 mins drive, was ok in a rental car but would have been difficult in a cab. particulary when on an early morning flight, have to take them back to the lock box and not lease there.
