- The instructions on how to collect the key and gain entry were very clear and easy to follow - Free underground/secure parking was available - The apartment was extremely clean and modern, and had plenty of linen and towels (including pool towels) available - The king bed was huge and very comfortable - The room was very warm (heat pump available), and had many selections to watch on TV (Netlflix, Disney, Neon, Apple TV etc) - Free and unlimited WIFI - The pool and spa was lovely, and access was available up until 10:00pm - Great communication from Chloe the Host

- The expectation is that you remove your own rubbish and wash any dishes used etc upon leaving (although this is nice manners, at $268.50 per night it would have been nice not to have to) - You had to collect and return the keys to a separate address - The entrance to the underground carpark is very narrow (difficult with a large SUV) - Due to this being a privately owned apartment I assume, housekeeping was not available

ants in kitchen bench area, left unopened chocolate muffins out and were completely covered in ants the next morning. shower door could do with a scrub knife and forks are abit gross..plastic? I’d suggest seriously looking at getting a pest person in to source any nest somewhere in the building, could see where they were coming from.
