Positioned on busy road but no road noise once inside unit and doors are closed.

NZLoved that it was seperate rooms, a good kitchen and a big fridge. Easy to park in the driveway.
I think they had people upstairs visiting and occasionally they would be talking outside but other than that they were super respectful.

NZLocation was fine lock box bit sticky.
Room was very cold and took a long time to heat up. There was no shower liquid in container. Lights to top stairs were not working (where car was parked) and it was very wet and dark so would have been good to have these lights going, especially carrying things up steps. If you were not good on steps it would be tricky as you had to go up and down outside stairs to get in Not sure that I could see that when we booked property.

The Stairs for my elderly motherly were unexpected Noise from hosts family event upstairs floor kept us awake until 11:30pm No electric blankets or hotties and heater struggled to warm the whole unit on the first night Lock box was tricky to open on arrival and departure

It was a little tricky to get the keys out of the lock box. Felt like the lock box was a little stuck however, everything else was perfect.
NZProperty is very clean and tidy, also a very quiet place to stay if you’re looking to find somewhere peaceful. Hosts were very welcoming and awesome! :)))

No bath towels provided on main bed (this was likely an oversight) but we just used the towels from the other room/bed There was a used coffee pod left in the machine
