On the morning of our departure, we ran out of hot water. When we raised the issue to the host, her response was unacceptable. She did not apologise for the inconvenience, but instead swore at us and threatened to charge us extra if we stayed past 10 am and stopped answering our phone calls. Finally, the gas was restored at 9.40 am, but we were still expected to shower and check out by 10 am, which we managed to do just in time. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Additionally, the host cancelled the booking evenso I had already paid directly with the arriving, maybe she didn't want to get negative review. I really do hope that this doesn't happen to future guests.
