The communication and check-in procedure was very confusing, and it felt like a scam. I booked via booking.com and was under the understanding my credit card would get charged. Upon arriving at thr house we wernt sure of what unit it was so I called the host. Turns out they expected me to EFT the payment which was in there confmation email (it wasnt) so after a very confusing 30mins we got it sorted. My confirmation email with all the check in details finally arrived at 11pm that night which mentioned the bank details, the unit etc. Had we arrived after 7pm when the office was unattended we would have been in a lot of strife.
