We were a little late arriving due to traffic issues but the hosts made very easy arrangement for access when we got there. The rooms were ideally aid out, very clean and fitted exactly what we needed.

Nice place, good area and off street parking. Spacious kitchen and lounge area. Large fridge/freezer. Excellent hike around Mount Maunganui and some fantastic unspoiled beaches. Enjoyed gardens at Te Puna Quarry Park.

Didn't get to meet our hosts. The shower was still dirty despite being mentioned in previous reviews. The small sink in the bathroom is not so much the problem as the cabinet above it, you can't get your head between the cabinet and the sink to spit out your tooth paste or mouth wash. Wifi is on an extender and is intermittent. Bedroom a little small, no space for cases.
