+ Spacious apartment with separate bedroom area but as others have noted there is a shared locked common door adjoining rest of the property and if someone is staying in the adjoining room there may be a lot of noise between the walls + Back courtyard to enjoy the views and weather but was unkept and spiderwebs and loose leaf debris everywhere + Looked good until I stayed

- That window with see through blinds really should come with a warning for those who may prefer a more 'casual' dress code inside the lounge. I had no idea of this till the 2nd night seeing everything was in the open!!! - Really needs to be better maintained for example no joke: 1) BBQ ran out of gas (I cooked one piece of steak the night before only). I had notified the host his response was "oh I really wish people would tell me" 2) I attempted to use the super slow hot plate but behold the only pan provided was a non stick where the coating had peeled off mostly and had all sorts of nasties burnt on already, it was rather disgusting (I notified the host - same surprised response blaming guests not telling them) 3) Toaster was super dirty and the facilities overall could be better cleaned (ie floors still had crumbs in the corners, and the there was a bit of mold on the shower as others have noted) 4) TV remote questionable and didn't work (had to use the TV directly) host knew of this and informed me about it. Why not fix it? 5) BOTH outdoor lights (side and rear of courtyard) didn't work so I had to use my own torch to get past the side of the house in the dark and cook on the BBQ,-ran out of gas 10minutes later. Thankfully no one has had an accident. 6) Wifi didn't work. Again a common issue but the hosts continually ignore these problems. Why? One or two of the above would be forgiven, but picking up 6 issues without even trying to be picky does it reflect the attitude of the hosts? All had been forgiven but after their rude comments to me I decided I'm fed up with their excuses. They need to take some responsibility for all these faults, checking and maintaining things. The fact that these things were either ignored raises questions about the state of the place. You can't blame your guests for your failure to do simple checks and maintain basic cleaning.

It is so refreshing being able to stay at a place that has a fabulously comfortable bed and great water pressure.

wifi wasnt working properly, there was an old pizza still in the fridge from a previous guest, the blinds in the lounge/kitchen were see-through
