Nice and cosy, perfect for what it was needed for. And the location (Omokoroa) is a beautiful place

My only con would be the WiFi could do with having more range than just in the little hall way. As I traveled over from the UK and this was my first stop to meet up with friends I had no phone contract sorted out yet and relied on the WiFi to message family back home. I know this isn't a massive thing for some people especially if you have a phone contract over here but just thought I would mention it

"Big disappointment"

Only the location

For the start, this property cannot accommodate 4 people. No extra bedding or No extra blankets available. The other things that were below par are Very poor wifi connectivity Property not cleaned, Floors dusty and dirty Benchtops not cleaned There is no cooktop in the property, but the advertisement mention the cooktop Outdoor furniture unusable (dirty and torn fabric) Shower roof was dirty with cobweb

Beautiful area. Nice private, roomy dwelling

Very nice but it down just a little bit by a couple of things the toaster in the kettle not working properly and needed a bit more thorough clean

"Great value for money and comfortable"

Location suited our needs and there is also a shopping centre near by with a laundry.

Kitchen was great expect it seems cooking is done outside on a BBQ with no cover when raining.

"Had expected a better stay"

Location, 25 km out of Tauranga

On arrival, a little early, we found that there was an open house inspection going on, the place was for sale !!. A bit unnerving. If up for sale, one would expect the place to be spotless. Far from it !!! Reading other reviews, they had the same comment. Refrigerator needed a good wipe out cobwebs around window frames and other areas inside. In earlier reviews there was mention of a hot plate in the kitchen: its gone missing. There was supposed to be a washing machine, as listed on facilities, but it too had disappeared. Possibly the person looking after the property had changed as the name of the host had changed over time and therefore the contents of the unit had changed. Web site photos need updating. Bathroom extremely small and it too needed a good clean. Could not connect to wifi with any of three devices we had with us.

"Perfect little spot, most definitely be staying there again with my little family."

communication was excellent and were told where the keys would be due to arriving late. No hassles at all very satisfied.
