Comfortable bed, bathroom was nice.

Trip hazard from living area to kitchen . Kitchen was not very clean especially cutlery and draws, the plastic utensils need replacing. Smaller bowls for cereal would be more practical. No coasters or mats so furniture spoiled. Laundry very musty as no ventilation.

It was clean

3 Stair up to the toilet ,fell down broke my tooth ,need better rail to hang on to.Needed more rails when going down steps to the flat. Everything was on a lean to the back of the flat. Gardens out. Back need to be tidy . The smell in the unit was bad damp.
