Close to city center location and can do washing and drying.

Relatively old house and on subfloor so mouldy smell is consistent. Air pump needs a filter clean not too good for our kids who are allergic to dust mite.

Was a perfect home away from home for my Son and myself who were down in Dunedin for my daughter’s graduation. Much better than just staying in a note room.
