Sunrise Suite Seaview Imago Loft D 3 bedroom above Imago Shopping Mall

We loved the outdoor area and pools. They were excellent. Location was great being within a mall with easy access to the supermarket and other shops. View is partly great towards the sea but partly towards a building site. Apartment is spacious.

Pretty much everything about the apartment could have been better. It had not been cleaned well at all and many items within the apartment are old or need replaced. This does not lead to a relaxing stay nor is it good value for money. One of the bathrooms smelled bad.

The location is really good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Most rooms have a good view.

Finding the appropriate parking lot assigned for the property was a hassle.

The whole unit is air-conditioned. The view is towards the sea/river, with airplanes flying over the unit quite often. The unit is well-equipped with washing machine and cooking place. It has a playground and swimming pool made available on the same floor.

The lift going down to the Imago Shopping Mall happens to give problem during our stay. We had to walk to the other side of the building and take the lift there to Madam Kwan/Starbucks Loft D point. The car park is a distance away to the lift area, with the need to walk up the stairs carrying the luggage over to the lift area.

View, number of beds and size.

Instructions for parking car were not provided initially. I had to contact the host after the car park key card did not work and had to reverse back down the winding ramp. Location was facing a bar with loud music which could be heard until late hours. We found hair which could be seen in between the table surface and glass table top cover.
