BNThe description by the Property management on property keys placement was very accurate. Instructions on how to collect and return property keys was also given on a timely manner. Property management/personnel communication skills and courtesy were impeccable.
The property was spacious, clean, cozy, and secured. It is ocean/sea facing with a spectacular sunrise and sunset view. It has a sizeable, shared gym and pool on the 6th floor. The property is situated in a convenient location (above Imago Shopping mall and is accessible with direct lift), and close to all local amenities. It is also proximity to the city central reachable by foot or car and the area surrounded by all the running bicycle tracks, which is convenient for jogging or morning exercise.

BNBNMYEasy way to complete the self check-in part. It's locate on IMAGO shopping mall and sea views from the suit. Overall was clean, spacious dining and living area. It's good to have 3 toilets in total as it bring us convenience. Have to bring own toiletries.
As one the bathroom's light was broken, I contact with the host and came to fix it asap. One of the hairdryer was broken too, and the host bring us another 2 hairdryer! There are ants on the floor at the two single-bedroom when we move in.
BNThe apartment is just above Imago Shopping Mall. So convenient.
BNBNEasy access to parking and the Imago shopping mall. Rooms are spacious, bed comfortable, light fixtures and fans are great. Having a guest powder room in addition to 2 toilets were a great help with the big family staying together. And kudos to the family for providing us sets of utensils and cutlery muslims only.
The bidet spray was leaking and the shower head was not working properly. Otherwise, no other complaints. Having a dryer to complement to washing machine would be a great addition!! And for the kids, having netflix etc. would be wonderful.
