Eco Nest 3 Bedroom Duplex Apartment

The view

Chairs and table were broken. Balcony wooden table and chairs cannot be used.(wood pcs came off) Can’t use utensils (few and broken scissors) many other things to complain. Looks good on the outside but bad once you open drawers and shower glass door have marks that show haven’t been washed properly for a long time. The rooms has a musty smell. When called up, the person just said they will look into it. But by then we checked out after staying 3 nights. I stayed so many places but never again with this one. I felt bad and embarrassed to have booked this whole unit for my overseas family. Such a disappointment.

The facilities.

Cleanliness, security, location

WIFI - problem start the day we’re checked in. Network was not stable and suddenly network was missing. Unable to connect until we checked out. We need to use our personal hotspot to connect to TV/Netflix & to do my work (WFH)

Musty smell, only 1 keycard provided, 2 of the showers had issues

Location, clean property and very friendly and accommodating host. The guards there were very friendly and helpful too
