Eco Nest 3 Bedroom Duplex Apartment

Location is great. Value for money.

Need to do some major cleaning. Especially the toilet. Many of the places (ceiling fan, tv, sound bar, microwaves) have a layer of dust.

Well equipped, microwave, washer dryer, drinking water dispenser dispensing hot and cold water. Free parking within apartment carpark. Really good security, the guards are friendly. Host was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool depth is 1.2m which is ideal for pre teens. Numerous restaurants, cafes, hair nail salons, huge jaya grocer about 8mins walk. Tasixi tim sum 5mins walk. 24hr family Mart, 5 mins walk to corgi talk, 5 mins walk to petlovercentre. Super convenient. 6 seater grab to legoland just rm13.

The property is exactly like what it advertised. Environment is super clean, floor is high, view is good. Even the car park secured is just right next to the lift. Makes the move even easier for us. It’s surrounded by all the eatery too. Within walking area, can get any food you would prefer. The host/owner is being super friendly and responsive. We requested to check in earlier and she’s willing to accommodate for us and keep us updated on the status whether when might be ready and when it’s ready. Def recommend this property! My family all love it too.
