Eco Nest 3 Bedroom Duplex Apartment

Location was awesome with plenty of food, massage places and Jaya Grocer was 5 mins walk away. Driving to Legoland took less than 10 mins. Property is quite new and there’s a gym, swimming pool and playground on level 10. Jacuzzi would need to be booked in advance. Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets, with 2 ensuite. The space was spacious to fit 3 adults and 3 children. Plenty of towels were supplied for 6 pax although they came in various brands, colours and designs.

I think the whole apartment is in need of major cleaning. There were stains on the floor and wash basins; hair under the wash basins and 2 out of the 3 showers are clogged, causing the shower area to be flooded. We tried to remove the hair that were near the surface, which was a major turnoff, but they were still clogged. Food wrapper was found under the sofa and many areas were dusty. The place just didn’t feel clean. We were staying for 3 nights so we swept and mopped the whole place.

Easy access to F&B and Shops

Apartment cleanliness is lacking. Found used ladies pad under bed. Left over food stuff in fridge.

Location filled with good food choices. Nearby there’s the Largest Jaya Grocer. Property management / Host, Florence is very prompt to us. 2 Ensuite bedroom with toilet. Good washing machine/dryer.

Not enough toilet paper provided, was hoping it’s clean as per other guests feedback but it was kind of dusty, almost everyone are down with sinus issue except for me due to usage of Cpap. Mould found on one bedroom pillow and bolster. Only allow one car to get entry to the carpark even though there’s more carpark available at the multi story carpark. Good for host to share which carpark lot assigned as security has to give warning to clamp our car wheels.
