Accessible and all members of staff are friendly and helpful especially the guards. Leila is very approachable and easy to talk.

The sink is a bit stinky everytime we wash the dishes and the flow of water in the shower is not that very good .

"We love the place the only inconvenience was 2nd bedroom. I knew it was meant to be kids room."

We had 2 cars & didnt have any problem going out & coming in to park.

We were all adults and the second room was small, bed was small & we kept bumping our knees on the edge of the bed coming out of the room😩

"I’d book this place again if I’m going back to Iloilo!"

Great area, close to public transport, accessible via Grab. The place is clean, roomy and I appreciated the free Netflix. Awesome value for money compared to other hotels.

I would’ve appreciated if they had a 1-page document explaining the amenities available at the property and local recommendations (food, things to see, etc). Check-in process could’ve been better. e.g earlier check in. I would’ve appreciated being provided with 2 keys instead of 1. I would’ve appreciated some basic consumables e.g laundry detergent, clothes rack for drying clothes, beach towels, etc. I’d appreciate if they could get some of the insect problems under control as there were a few tiny cockroaches crawling about at night.

The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was also great and made getting around very easy.

Nothing significant to complain about. Everything was well organized and met a high standard.
