"Beautiful, well-furnished condo made for a perfect stay"

What a delightful, beautifully furnished property in an ideal location - close enough to restaurants and convenience stores but tucked away in a quiet location. We loved everything about it! Had everything we needed for our short stay in Iloilo, including parking for our rental car. Very pleasant staff and easy check-in made for a perfect stay. Highly recommended!!

Water pressure could be better but not a major problem!

"I paid ₱ 9,454.15 for 3 nights and I think it’s just okay."

Pros: I like the location as it’s in the city center. Host is friendly and replies fast. Clean unit.

Cons: Although the unit is clean, I saw 2 small roaches in the bathroom, and the unit smelled dried fish throughout our stay — it wasn’t a big deal to me cause we stayed out for tours but it’s worthy to share.

The property is good for the price and quality of the place! The air conditioning and water heater all perfectly work and are in mint condition, the beds are really comfortable, and the place was clean before we arrived. Also, the host is very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay here and will recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Mandurriao.

Nothing, if you needed something there is a convenience store as well.

The location is accessible to my destinations. There are also nearby shops like 7/11 and S&R..The unit is clean and safe for everyone. Utilities and appliances are complete. The host is also very friendly. We had even extended our stay because my family and I enjoyed the comfort and amenities that this unit gives.. I will definitely book this unit again in my next visit.♥️
