So clean, kitchen fully stocked, bathroom spotless with unlimited hot water. Seamless WiFi connection, BIG tv, NETFLIX and all the rest. Leila the manager was as fast as lightning anytime we had questions and greeted us as we arrived. When we walked up to the condo a security officer ran outside and carried both our carry on luggage with a big friendly smile. The service was overwhelming superior. Lastly, Leila turned on the a/c BEFORE we arrived so we didn’t have to wait 3 hours for the temperature to get cool after traveling 6 straight hours by Grab and Fast Cat boat from Bacolod to Iloilo. THANK YOU LEILA!! We will remember you and your fantastic professionalism for a very long time!! We will miss you like family!! Jay & Leany
