Space for four, The apartment was well equipped, close to SM and Smallville. It was silent in the house during night. The.swimmingpool area is nice. There is a shop, a cafe, and more in the building complex.

This is the 2nd time I have booked this place in Avida, and as always the property was in order. It's very cozy and accessible to the city center. The host was also very responsive with everything that we needed, definitely booking this place again given the chance. Worth the money!

The property was very clean, organized, and feels like home. The location was also perfect, not in a crowded location but very near to shopping malls and cafes. There is a coffee shop and a 7-11 around.

Water supply in the shower was very low and bidet almost has no water. I suggest to put in a pail and a “tabo” as the faucet below the shower have ample supply.
