打电话给客服几十通都不接电话，等她接通后服务态度和语气，超级没礼貌和没文化。床单肮脏、地毯没洗、冷气机不冷、楼下厕所不能冲凉、很多设施不齐全、诈骗(原本是138，订后要拿钥匙还要支付130块钱)、没有免费停车位(要自己花钱停泊在商场一整天)、退房后还要hold住一天才还deposit。
