Location and building was good

They had all the useless things but the most necessary things like shower and wifi were nit working. Staff was not at all present even though mentioned 24hr reception.

"VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD EXPERIENCE."

The location was good its in the center of everything. Only the location.

1. AC was not working when i arrived, they only fixed it on the 3rd day of my stay 2. Toilet cover broken, toilet water is not clean, emiting bad smell, the mirror in the toilet was just taped with electrical tape, underwears and trash inside the vabity mirror too 3. Cockroaches roaming around 4. Kettle cracked and was replaced only on the 3rd day of my stay 5. The storage room inside is a dumpster And the WORST thing is the HOST instead of just fixing the issue, she is very rude and telling me that she was sick she dont have anyone to assist her she cannot give initiative to inform the customer ahead that the room she will be giving is NOT THE SAME ROOM BOOKED ON THE APP, SHE INSISTED THAT SHE WILL REFUBD ME AND I SHOULD TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL BECAUSE OTHER CUSTOMERS DONT COMPLAIN. She is telling me that her place is good when she herself saw it. Instead of saying sorry she is the one sarcastically showing off her wealth that she owns 39 units and all of them is always having 35 check outs per day thats why SHE DOESNT HAVE THE TINE TO CHECK THE STATUS OF HER ROOMS IF ITS CLEANED PORPERLY IF THE ITEMS ARW WORKING OR NOT. SHE DOESNT CARE BECAUSE SHE IS BUSY AND SHE TRUST THE WORDS OF HER CLEANERS. AND ON THE 3RD DAY SHE SENT HER CLEANERS TO CLEAN THEY SAW THAT ITS NIT CLEANED AT ALL EVEN THE AC MAINTENANCE SAID THE AC WAS NIT CLEANED EVERSINCE. AND THE HOST HERSELF TOLD US THAT THE ROOM SHE GAVE ME IS NOT HER ROOM BECAUSE HER ROOMS ARE ALL BOOKED ONLY 6 ROOMS IN BOOKING.COM SHE PUT BUT SHE HAS MORE. ACCORDING TO HER AND ALL OF IT IS FULLY BOOKED SO SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER ROOM. AND SHE SAID THAT IF THERE ARE CASES LIKE THAT SHE DONT NEED TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER AHEAD BECAUSE NOT ALL CUSTOMER WILL NOTICE OR MIND AT ALL. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
