Nica's Place Property Management Services at Horizons 101 Condominium

The aircon was working well and internet was good. And that's the only thing I like about the place. The rest of our stay was very poor

The person who assisted us charged more than the quoted amount. I was supposed to pay around 2,800 php and I was asked to pay 3,500. The person who assisted said it was tax. He won't leave without me paying so I gave the money. When I checked booking.com, the rate was 2,500+ and the tax was just around 300+. They clearly overcharged me and the host no longer replied. Do not book. Microwave was not working. The bathroom faucet was not working as well. The sofa was also damaged.

The room was clean and had a kitchen stuff

I booked for a pool view but they gave me a city view. They said they will move us but they didn't.

We were upgraded to a bigger unit but we paid double instead of the upgrade price shown on booking.com

The location

There are many things I didn't like about the room I booked. First, the customer service was rude. Second, there are hidden fees charged upon arrival that were not included in the fee you book online. Third, they do not give you the exact room you booked the room they give is not the one in the pictures. They give random rooms, so there is no freedom of choice. When I complained, they just told me to cancel, but they still wanted to charge me 15-20% what I paid. Since our stay in Cebu City was only for 2 days, I let it go, but I will absolutely not recommend Nica’s Place to anyone. Fourth, there is a disgusting smell when entering the room. The bathroom also smells like sewage, and the smell won't go away even with the exhaust fan on. Lastly, the place was not clean. If you look closely, there is black mold in the bathroom, cockroaches everywhere, and a lot of trash under the bed I even saw a diaper. The furniture is damaged and definitely not aesthetic. It is definitely not worth it.

The view was nice.

They was very unfriendly, the elevator always crowded that it takes long time to get to your room. The Room bathroom is not comfortable and even the dor is rusty and broken, nobody invest anything for long time, the price is to high for that room.
