The place is very accessible, near the airport; the condo is in Jazz Mall.

Satisfied in everything... Staff is very nice and accommodating, facilities and all are good.

The mall at the bottom of the residence is a major plus. The residence staff is excellent.

There is a large building being constructed right across the street. Furthermore, even on the 23rd floor, we could hear the traffic noise. We had some cockroaches... The bedroom A/C unit needs servicing because it is way to noisy.

I like the location most. It was very accessible and had all the facilities and amenities we needed.

Location. It is close to restaurants, public transport, church.

It's not what I expected. It is not maintained well. We would see small cockroaches crawling on the floor, kitchen and bathroom. We actually killed at least 4. We dared not use their pots, pans, plates and utensils because of the roaches crawling everywhere. We used paper plates , disposable cups and utensils and we have to keep them inside the fridge coz we're afraid the roaches would crawl on them. We have to keep our toothbrushes in our purse for the same reason. March 16th , my mom's bday we held the celebration in one of the restaurants in that establishment. As we are about to leave our unit, we could not get out of the room, the doorknob inside was defective. My mom panicked and I was about too then I called the care taker to open the door for us. Coming inside the room, there's no problem the knob outside was ok but the inside door knob was defective. The caretaker husband fixed the door. That's a safety issue. Another issue was the NOISE. March 18, the next door neighbor, who was the caretaker of Jazz. Kept screaming and banging their door for 4 hours it started at 1 pm to around 5. I got out of the room to check the commotion outside, the caretaker Rica apparently left her young son inside the room who might have fallen asleep and would not wake up. I told her to call security to help her open the door she did not listen to me she continued to create noise to awaken her child inside the room and she does not realize the disturbance it's creating to her neighbors specially me, I'm her next door neighbor.I was trying to rest, I was having a migraine headache, could'nt rest and sleep. Only around 5pm when she finally called security to open the door. I was so pissed! March 19 , Tuesday around 1130, as we are preparing to go out and eat with family. The AC unit started leaking and wet my bed and some folded clothes on the bed. The water wont stop dripping sa I called the caretaker to check and have the bedsheets changed.

Well equipped, good location at center of makati. Kitchen well equipped, balcony is a plus.

The mattresa is bad. The shower a curtain. It was very noisy because of a huge construction at the opposite side of road. The balony's table and chairs are for garbage. 1000 pesos guarantee in cash.
