Treetops Studios Valencia,Dumaguete

I had a wonderful stay at Treetops and enjoyed it so much that I extended my rental to a month. The hosts are incredibly accommodating—some of the kindest people I've ever met. I built great friendships not only with the owners but also with other guests, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. The location is peaceful, just outside Valencia, so it’s quiet at night. The town plaza is a 15-20 minute walk away, but the scooters available for rent from the owners made getting around much easier and more convenient. The amenities are excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly and the WiFi is fast. There are also outdoor cooking facilities available if you prefer to cook your own meals. With a scooter/transport, you can easily visit nearby attractions like Casaroro Falls, Sheintan Ridge, Red Rock Hot Springs, Pulongbato Falls, and more. Overall, Treetops is an excellent base for anyone interested in exploring Valencia or considering a longer stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Treetops makes us want to come back to Valencia, and all because of our host! Amie and her family were the nicest people I ever encountered. They always there to help us with just about everything we needed! And they made sure that we were comfortable. They treated us like family, especially their mother; ♥️ she's one of my favorites! She's very sweet and attentive. I will never forget her, and thank you, Irish. Sorry we didn't get to see you when we left.Happy that I got to met Amie,hopefully next time we will meet Barry :D Our room was clean, the bed was big and very comfortable, AC, WiFi,TV,and cooking supplies worked perfectly. The bathroom area was great, as was the hot and cold shower! They also have a generator just in case. We always walked to visit the Valencia Market since it was not that far. Lots of food every night near the Municipality and the local people were very friendly. Treetops also have scooters available if you prefer driving one to go around the city area. Overall, I find this place perfect for those people who are just like me and who prefer quiet and privacy! especially during the night. If you need anything, please reach out to your host they'll be happy to help you PS,they have lovely and friendly dogs ♥️

Hosts Barry and Amie go above and beyond with helping you with every aspect. We were picked up from airport by Barry and rented us a scooter. Place is in great location and very clean. Air conditioning works great, wifi was super fast. Anything you needed they handled it. Cooking area is well stocked. Close to fresh markets and people in area we're very friendly
