Excellent in every way. Wonderful accomodating hosts, fully stocked and spacious apartment. Dog and kid friendly. Near Valencia and lots of food options.

Nothing. For the price it cant be beat.

The hosts were very down-to-earth, kind, and helpful. The room is large and has desks and good wifi (there is an ethernet for optional WiFi connection). Most importantly for us, it was outside of the busy areas so both the nights and days were nice and quiet.

My only suggestion (in no way a negative) would be to add a spare HDMI cable onto the TV, so we could plug our laptops in and watch stuff (we're not really cable tv people)

The hosts Barry and Aimy are very helpful and extremely accommodating! The well equipped and clean studio is quite central. A good scooter can be rented at a fair price.

Quite easy to locate and very close to Valencia plaza. The room is clean and wide, very efficient and silent ceiling fan, all cooking utensils available, nice TV set and outside kitchen. Barry and Amie and second to none to make you feel home, they will assist with anything you may need during your stay. I don't recall sleeping so well in silence mode in the Philippines. We will be back there for sure. Thank you Barry.
